Neuropsychological Assessments

South Florida Neuropsychology in Boca Raton and Delray Beach, FL., is a full-service neuropsychology and psychology practice dedicated to providing comprehensive consultation, evaluation, and intervention services that integrate research-based knowledge, state-of-the-art assessment tools and techniques, and practical "real world" interventions and recommendations.

At South Florida Neuropsychology, our licensed, psychologists, all of whom are specially trained in neuropsychology, conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations to assess patients' memory, cognitive, and psychological status to assist with diagnosis and treatment planning for individuals with conditions such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, vascular dementia, Mild Cognitive Impairment, cerebrovascular accident (stroke or TIA), traumatic brain injury, and many more.

In addition to performing neuropsychological evaluations in clinical cases, our licensed psychologists are frequently asked to assess patients' cognitive and psychological functioning in relation to civil and criminal litigation matters, as well as in matters related to estate planning and legal capacity.

Psychoeducational testing is available for children and adults who are in need of a determination of whether they have a learning disability or an attention deficit disorder, in order to decide whether they should be provided with medical treatment, services, and/or accommodations for school and test taking. At South Florida Neuropsychology, we also perform assessments to determine if children qualify for their school district's "gifted" program.


At South Florida Neuropsychology, our licensed psychoogists specialize in Cognitive-Behavioral psychotherapy (also referred to as "problem-solving therapy" or "how-to" therapy) to assist patients in dealing with a variety of problems including depression, anxiety, adjustment problems, stress-related problems, post-traumatic stress disorder, relationship difficulties, weight management, insomnia, grief, and poor self-esteem.
